The 5:2 continues, with this morning's first-thing-in-the-morning weight of 85.7kg. (Mind you, after a breakfast with a fair bit of liquid it was back up to 86.4 or something like that.)
Not bad. I should start posting more of my 600 cal a day menu.
Actually please do post more on the menu. I'm interested in doing the same but get caught up in worrying about what to eat and how many calories etc, so it would be good to see some examples of a menu. Thanks.

Four weeks on it now.
ReplyDeleteStarted at 89.something (I didn't record it at the time, but I think it was .5 or so, because I was worried I was heading to 90kg.)
With digital scales, you easily see how your weight varies during the day, all due to fluid I suppose. My starting weight (if I had taken it first thing in the morning, like I have been lately) might therefore have been closer to 89.0kg.
Still, I would say it is 3kg in a month. No exercise. Neat.
