I was opining earlier in the year that the problem for Trump would be the inability to hold campaign rallies due to COVID-19. Little did I realise that not only the intense narcissism of Trump would mean that he would insist on them, but his dumb cult followers would attend, even in the freezing cold:
At least seven people were hospitalized and 30 had to receive medical attention during and after a Tuesday evening campaign rally with President Trump in Omaha, Nebraska.
You would have to suspect that campaign induced spread of COVID is going to be a significant factor in reduced Republican turn out.

I confess to everyday reading of that election and acknowledge that the far wiser course of action is to stop reading it and wait until Wednesday before even contemplating the madness over there if only because I think I have finally found out why ketogenic diets helps some forms of childhood epilepsy and need to dig into that more deeply.
I have to concede that there is a very disturbing side to these rallies. He comes dancing out of hospital and its a real triumph. And now that its down to the final election the world really needs him to win. There were better choices than Trump its just that Biden was never one of these better choices.
But there will surely be someone who dies as a result of every rally. It reminds me a bit of these gay pride marches where all these un-hygienic types from around the world descend on a single city. Or when the American navy hits town and the girls go silly and irresponsible. Its like Edgar Allen Poe's "The Mask Of The Red Death"
The odds are that at least one person will die from each Trump rally. Its spooky. Its not good. These people don't have the stash that I have. They don't have the knowledge. I have a pretty good stash. No HCQ or Ivermectin but still pretty good. But I would never go near a Trump rally. This virus is weak but its so fast. Once it gets a hold of you and if you don't have enlightened treatment its extremely hard to get out from under this one. Its so fast its going to use up all your zinc, selenium, vitamin D and vitamin C right away. So its can get you to a situation where you have no ammunition to fight this otherwise weak virus. It can outrun your own antibodies. Yet to another person if they are rested and high in all the afformentioned resources it may make almost no impact at all.
It had to be that way. Because the old terrorists who launched this attack needed to know that they themselves were all safe. They couldn't upgrade something like the black plague or rabies because then they themselves might be vulnerable. So they upgraded the common cold instead, making sure that they already knew how to beat it.
Yesterday one of my facebook friends husband died as a result of covid. So unnecessary. I didn't find out that they were sick until he was already on the respirator. My heart just sank. So easy to beat this disease early on and almost impossible once you are on that respirator. This fellow will be so sorely missed. A handsome and very healthy looking man. An Indonesian Christian in Bali married to the lady who started the swimming school that I ran for awhile. Feel sick about it. I'm not one of these conservatives that think this is a hoax. No way. This is the real deal. A full-blown terrorist attack. Very serious virus.
So yeah. These rallies. Very troubling.
