He makes a good point


 My personal aversion to exercise makes it hard to take sides on this one...:)

  1. Steve exercise is just as important as sleep, nutrition, and stress management. Not just aerobics either. There is abundant research indicating both aerobic and resistance training are very important activities to preserve health, prevent age related diseases including dementia, and preserve cognition. I know, I read a number of studies and a Ph.D dissertation on it this afternoon. Of course you are free to do as you please, I'm just giving you a heads up.
