A remarkable photo from the Spanish floods

Once again, we are watching the consequences of a remarkable flash flood, this one in Spain, with at least 95 people killed: yet the Washington Post puts its story about it way, way down the website:

As the magnetic field collapses we will see more of this sort of thing. But having said that it’s a low UQ tick to rule out weather warfare. Which has been going on for many decades.

Clouds are antigravity. They are liquid water, thousands of times heavier than the surrounding air, that only float because of the electrical conditions above, below and within. For this reason if electrical conditions change or are changed purposefully, the water can all drop at once. They used to be able to make the electrical conditions alter by dropping a silver iodide compound through them. Now they have other methodologies as well.
