Germans just don't get cupcakes
Colbert's long-ish segment on fast food last night had many funny bits, but the German trying the cupcake really had me laughing:

That was pretty funny....
My wife has a fair amount of German in her and she doesn't really appreciate my German jokes.... Even though they're really quite accurate!!
One of my grandmothers was German and I remember her as cold, humourless and a bit scary. But then again, she used to dote on some younger cousins, so maybe it was just me she didn't like.
