Oddballs
I noted recently the enthusiasm amongst commenters at Catallaxy for "hard man" Scott Morrison. Real Prime Minister material, quite of few of them reckon.
Turns out that polling indicates that they are in a "elite" (actually, the opposite of "elite", whatever word that is) of 1% of the public who agree with them:

This Opposition is the worst of worst Opposition in the history of Australia.
It is an Opposition of ignorant union thugs, the front bench comprising 90% ex-unionists and illegal-union officials, treating Australia like a union, to be used and abused, lied to and remain unaccountable to, for their own power trips and advancement, complete with sleaze, vicious in-fighting, political assassinations and corruption.
It is an Opposition of corrupted individuals, including Shorten/Wong/Slipper/Thompson/PUP, a pathological liar and disgraced lawyers and union fraudsters and mobsters, evidently let go by their law firms for misconduct, who would have been most likely disbarred had they not hidden their actions.
That seems a spray from about 18 months ago, with just the word "government" substituted with "Opposition".
I have no great issue with the current Opposition.
If it is the worst Opposition of all time then how come this government had no honeymoon? this is the first time this has occurred.
Andrew Elder draws a parallel with Peter Reith, which is not a bad call.
