I suggested at his website a policy for the NBN - National Beer Network. No suburban Australian to live more than 500 m from a craft beer brewery*. And those who can afford a premium service can get Cider to the Node.
I hope he adopts it.
* Actually, I don't think we're all that far from achieving that without government intervention.
I also proposed one for tattoos: A ban on all tattoos involving Asian languages unless the translation is first certified by 3 qualified interpreters, and the recipient is Asian as certified by Mark Latham.
I think my NBN has a better chance of being adopted...
