The Neo-Con craziness is almost above head of state level. Bolton wasn't going to make much difference even as a token Lutheran. Although he could talk his logical sounding insanity more openly than someone of the rabbinical heritage. If Trump had ever been in control of the situation the funds to ISIS could have been cut off right away and Syria would have been spared so much more heartache.
Trump works hard to make things a bit easier for big business to do something useful and create a few more jobs. Other than that he's nothing much. Sure he's better than anyone since the Carter-Reagan era but the people since then have barely been human beings.
