Not getting it

So Spotify is getting Joe Rogan all to themselves.   I've tried listening to Rogan a couple of times, I think, but I don't see the reason for his popularity.

Mind you, I am not a fan of podcasts generally speaking.  But I still don't see why people would listen to this one in particular.

He's popular because all the mainstream media is totally oligarchically controlled. They lie all the time. They are all the result of operation Mockingbird. So sometimes we call the mainstream media "The Mockingbird Media" Also there is a strange ethnic similarity to the ownership of all major media, or their lenders, that I cannot rightly put my finger on. So if someone whose not completely full of shit gets a head of steam he can overtake the liars.

I've watched quite a few Joe Rogan podcasts. He has a different style which in itself I find very appealing because so much of the MSM is formulaic. It is wrong to politically pigeonhole Rogan, he thinks for himself so don't expect him to be totally left or right.

I think Rogan is making a mistake going to Spotify because the move will most probably constrain his style and make it more formulaic.

Its a very good thing. Joe Rogan will take a hit. But the good thing is that youtube will take a hit also. Youtube has been practicing outrageous censorship and has been stealing from its own customers. They ought to be in jail for outright theft. So Joe leaving them is a blow for freedom.
