If anyone wants to know my attitude its no child genital mutilation allowed. Not now nor ever. No excuses. No bloody compromise. No listening to pseudo-medical nonsense. And if you go overseas to try it on you better not come back. I'd have a very small cold jail cell waiting for you. Or maybe we could take off any assets you own and give it all to the kid when he turns 21 as compensation for messing with his capacity to enjoy himself with the women (and vice versa.)
Worst of all is the motive to shore up ones ethnicity. Thats barbarism and for evil, racist, and deeply anti-social motivations.
