If the left has already threatened to expand the court, clearly he has to get ahead of that and start appointing as many conservative judges as he can to expand the court to the size that the left has suggested. That is cute, I am not that fond of the Borowitz Report though - I've seen jokes on there that are probably recycled from elsewhere.
