One of the few advantages of the anonymous chat room participation on the net is that it can alert you to the fact there are people in certain fields who you would not want to be dealing with. Given this comment at one of the new Catallaxies...:

Given the pseudonymous nature of comments there, it would seem to cost nothing aside from the effort of a few finger strokes to just make stuff up. The internet is a beautiful place but it is so full of trolls.

A medical specialist simply would not be that ignorant.
Of course a medical specialist would not have the time to comment and would not come within a bulls roar of this site
