The problem with republicans is few recognise Trump was never a conservatives.
The reason they do not know this is because they are stupid. the quicker they get rid of the stupid and go back to being conservative the better for the USA.
The slower it is the worse for democracy
David Brooks annoys the Right even more than the Left because by moving to a centre right position he is perceived as a traitor.
