Christmas greetings

I see that Wikipedia has an interesting entry on the history of the Nativity in art, and that's where I get this early Roman example, from the 4th century, indicating that the gift giving part of the season has been key for a long time!

Alas the nativity scenes are a myth like the stations of the cross.

We do not know how many Wealthy Astrologers there were but they had three gifts and they di not give them to anyone in a manger

I'd be wary of accepting gifts from any unknown Magi in the manger. Stranger manger danger.
