This is the one thing science can say that extra CO2 can create a hazard. Since extra CO2 is so superb for plant growth it means we have to have herbivores oxidising the grass in their stomach and not leave it to oxidise in the open air.
So thats just policy. Get the unemployed people extra money herding goats to munch up any excessive fuel. Its not hard Steve. You can use your brain if you want to. You may think you don't need to use your brain but its there to be used.
If bankers and hedge funds are running things, then it could be that we can put down the fires to their fetish against herbivores. So it could be the opposite of what you are thinking here. It could be the science hating CO2 alarmists causing the problem. Thats a minor point I know. I'll tell anyone .... as CO2 rises we must be more careful with dealing with fuel. That ought to be obvious. Herbivores are totally necessary to our managing of the environment. If we run a fatwah against them we are really in trouble.
