Biden's performance in the SOTU was good and refreshing. On the weekend at Catallaxy I posted an analysis of Trump's recent gaffes. I didn't bother checking the responses. That analysis backs up what I posted there months ago, that Trump is clearly in cognitive decline. The decline has entered a new phase where he can't pronounce words properly. At that rate of decline Biden will beat him in the debates.

I cannot believe people are saying he was too strident in the SOTU but it still feeble too be in charge!
