Well I've seen the Borowitz Report recycle jokes that other jokes did much earlier and better, so I'm not predisposed to them greatly. It seems another step down for a magazine that started off with the very best - Thurber and Dorothy Parker and S J Perelman.
He often isn't hugely funny, but it's a tough gig to be great in that very short format every week; and I don't really get why some think he's the pits.
