Of course, a large chunk of Trump supporters are so, so stupid as to claim that even a private business requiring they wear a face mask is fascism, while the above is fine because it's aimed at Democrat voters and enabled by their cult leader.
Two wrongs don't make a right. And its not as if the President micro-manages the fascist deep state. We see when the President changes the mass murder through drone attacks and so forth don't change. So the murder auto-pilot is being sorted at above Presidential level by usurpers. The same people who won't let any war finish, or stop or end.
