There is no anti-gravity on a rocket of that traditional shape. Unless you consider the internal gyro-scopics anti-gravity, which I do in a way. So that rocket is a massive diversion and some kind of PR campaign. Its quite likely they have some kind of parallel space program going. Because their official space program, orbiting missions aside, seems to be so feckless and idiotic that they would have to be doing something slightly more useful on the sly.
