There is nothing hyperbolic about it. The only thing wrong with it is that its best not to prejudge the 1930's Germans since that whole history has been perverted by war and post-war propaganda. We were the bad guys. We were the ones carpet-bombing children.
If we can't get the obvious things right we can't get anything right.
