I initially thought that reports of conservative Jewish acts of hostility towards obvious Christians in the streets of Jerusalem might be a tad exaggerated, especially when the PR wars over Israeli behaviour is very heated.
But after seeing this video report from an American network, interviewing a nun with a first hand account of it becoming virtually routine, I was obviously wrong to doubt it:

I ruffle their feathers often enough to have created several enemies. Cassie despises me but never responds to me directly. Rather she quotes me in own comments. I called her out on this as cowardly behaviour. Your link didn't work for me but I found numerous accounts of discrimination against Christians in Israel.

The Abrahamic religions at each others' throats. On Catallaxy those who most frequently express their faith, Cassie, BON, cohenite, Farky, are those who most frequently express contempt and hatred towards those who don't link like them; with some advocating the nuking of Iran. It reminds me of studies arguing religion promotes intergroup co-operation and outgroup aggression. Christ promoted the exact opposite, then theology and human nature got in the way. Christ wasted his time with the Sermon on the Mount.
