He has a point. At the moment Biden's condition appears to be so advanced that he can only summon the appearance of being of sane mind when he's well-rested and at home. Any campaigning will reveal the serious nature of his condition.
I think it was H L Menken that said at some stage the USA would elect a moron to the office although he was thinking of Harding but Trump surpasses him
Having said that the rest of the interview was a bit of a failure for him. He looks out of touch and ill-advised. Its as though his advisors were only bringing him good press. Not his best interview.
